This yeast made a fantastic Kolsch style ale for me. Quickly fermented to FG with an attenuation of 82%. Really lovely classic Kolsch flavors right away before any cold conditioning. I built up my starter so I could save some of the yeast and will be using the yeast cake next for a Dortmunder alt.
