The name of the game with Pithos is citrus zest. Pithos is a perfect base for hoppy ales and quick sours. Go with fruity, citrusy hops for an IPA or go with noble hops for a refreshing table beer. Pithos will perform as a great base in quick sours, lending lime to the lactic qualities in those styles. Pithos will produce a crispy beer with no cloying sweetness.
