Cultures included in bundles:
*SECRET CLUBHOUSE* - Our open-sourced IPA blend, developed with the collective brainpower of the r/homebrewing subreddit! An English base with a faint touch of Belgian flare. It's the hazy IPA yeast you didn't know you needed.
*SOUR WEAPON ULTRA* - This blend also sprung from open-sourced roots, and features our guava-bomb Skare kveik isolate, Moden, as well as all four sour weapon bacteria from Sour Weapons L and P for a quick-souring mixed culture that churns and burns. Fully ferment some unhopped wort in just a few days, and then dry hop or add fruit for a juicy, tart treat.
*MODEN* - Speaking of Moden, we're finally releasing it as a pure culture! This isolate comes from an original Skare kveik mixed culture, and packs a guava punch with its esters . Ferment hot and fast, and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Moden is particularly suited for IPA and other hoppy beers, but it will also perform well in low-gravity, refreshing styles. Try our recipe for a blonde!

We've made our seasonal switch and have THREE new BETA cultures for you to try out this winter.
