Franconian Keller Lager (FKL) – A subtly rich and malty backbone balances out the surprisingly crisp finish that accentuates any traditional German lager style. Emphasizes noble hop aroma and bitterness for maximum crispness.
Czech Unpasteurized Lager (CUL) – The standard commercially available strains sourced from the “original” Czech pils brewery often lack a certain richness found in the classic beer. CUL was sourced from an unpasteurized, traditional Czech pils and produces a unique, malty sweet aroma, medium mouthfeel, and subtle bite with low diacetyl production and a short primary fermentation.
