• Sour Weapon L (Lacto): Creates a traditional lemony/yogurty smell and taste that is the perfect tool for creating Berlinerweisses and Goses, and is an essential tool in every brewery for quickly dropping pH at warm to hot temperatures.
• Sour Weapon P (Pedio): The most unique commercially available quick souring bacteria culture. Emphasizes fruity esters, an uncommonly rounded mouthfeel, and delicate aroma that accentuates the qualities of the primary yeast strain.
